Google + Filter Stream

The new extension created by Mohamed Mansour gives you the ability to filter what appears on your Google+ stream. It filters out any specific keyword that you add in the options screen. In addition to that, it also has the ability to remember filtered out posts that is accessible in the popup window that is next to the icon in the wrench button.
